Here's a picture of Impa for my friend Alinafee! She really likes Impa from Ocarina of Time (more than anyone I've ever met!). She's very nice, and her passion inspired me, so I told her I'd draw her a nicer pic of Impa than the one I've done previously: :[link]
Ich hoffe, dass du dieses Bild magst, Alinafee! Ich versuchte, eine sehr schönes Impa zu zeichnen. (Ist meine Deutschsprache noch OK?)
Yay! I didn't know you could speak German! That's so cool! I took four semesters in high school. Anywho, that's not exactly what I'm here for; though, I did understand your German perfectly. Nice forming and phrasing.
This is a pretty picture. I have no clue who this is, but her name is strange enough that I had to check her out. Nice socks? Shoes? Whatever those things are on her feet. LOL. Oh, and does she have makeup or paint under her eyes? Cause it kind of looks like it's attached to her bangs, but I'm not entirely sure. Just curious.
If I weren't sure she was sitting on some form of ground, I'd wonder if she wasn't floating on some sort of UFC (Unidentified Flying Circle). Or perhaps a flying circular carpet? I dunno; those were just my first thoughts.
Anywho, I like this piece a lot. It's really pretty, and the colors are great! Keep up the awesome work!
You are hilarious when you come in contact with video game art! I your comments so much! But then again, I always love your comments
Ja, ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch. I'm actually a German minor, believe it or not!
As to your outfit questions, I'm not entirely sure myself, but... I think those sock-shoes are big boots, and yes, those things under her eyes are paint or tattoos, I think. (I hope I spelled tattoo right. I'm terrible with double letters.) And the thing she's sitting on (I'm glad you asked ) is actually representative of the Shadow Medallion that she gives you when you beat her temple in the game! (Actually, it's my clever avoidance of having to draw a real background! But shhh, don't tell anyone.)
Thanks again, Rae ^^ I woke up talkative; hope you don't mind the long reply!
A brand new monthly article which showcases some of deviantART's finest equine artists, as well as recognizing the lesser-known but equally talented ones. Interviews, helpful tutorials and features can all be found here too! I hope you enjoy it.
The idea of this contest is to set you up completely blind with a mythical being - from any world culture - and turn you loose to come up with a deviation based around it!
In this article you will find many thumbnails of the sun in different forms, all photography featured here by the club feature-me. Please show your support for these artists and their work and the article so that more people can see their work.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
